  • Troubleshoot requests and answer general questions. Process incoming email and fax requests
  • Prioritize and handle 2nd-level escalations in a timely manner to resolve issues. -Share resolution details with clients and team.
  • Provide feedback to manager on required process and program changes to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Assist with training new employees and coaching / training of existing representatives on new products and services.
  • Manage documentation.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
  • QUALIFICATIONS :

  • English level B2+ / C1
  • Customer Service Experience
