Position Responsibilities :

Join our team as a Traveler Counselor and quickly learn the exciting and fast paced world of business travel. In less than 3 months, you can have the requisite skills to be a CWT Travel Counselor! Corporate travel is a dynamic industry and CWT continues to seek ways to grow our business.

We are looking for passionate, customer service oriented individuals to join our team!! Candidates selected for this program will train for six weeks in a classroom setting followed by on-

the-job training and mentorship. At the completion of training as a Travel Counselor, you will be able to : Delight the traveler / travel arranger .

  • Listen and lead the conversation to solve problems in a timely manner with all types of customers in all circumstances.
  • Connect with the caller to build trust and credibility even if the person is unknown.
  • Be a trusted advisor by offering informed and insightful recommendations which provide the very best traveler experience in each situation.
  • Build CWT’s commercial value.

  • Sell products that are of commercial value to CWT and contribute to CWT’s profitability.
  • Remain current on CWT products and initiatives that add value to each customer.
  • Adapt and change as requirements of the business change.
  • Strengthen the CWT brand.

  • Represent the CWT brand in how you work on a day-to-day basis.
  • Embrace new technology and ways of working that promote flexibility to adjust quickly to shifting needs of the business and our clients.

    Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Superior written and verbal communication (in person and on phone)
  • Influence and diplomacy
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Highly proficient with computers, utilizing technology to research options and complete process requirements
  • Preferred experience in the hospitality industry and / or a call center environment
  • Software skills such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to meet and maintain required performance standards
  • Ability to analyze and make sound decisions
  • Flexibility in working hours Monday - Friday
  • Fluent in English
