As a member of Amazon’s Screening Services team, Program Managers support the business through the administration of Screening programs.

Support the day-to-day operations of the programs including pre-employment, customer required background checks and will also act as a point of contact for program management, issue resolution and reporting.

Specific responsibilities will include :

  • Background check program support including adjudication and troubleshooting
  • Provide ongoing support to executive level screening programs
  • Identify areas for improvement and take ownership of implementing changes
  • Monitor service level agreements and resolve issues with internal and external service providers
  • Lead new background check related projects
  • A successful candidate will have exceptional communication and organizational skills, superior attention to detail, be able to triage high-risk issues and executive escalations with the utmost confidentiality;
  • ability to liaise with executive recruiting teams, executive level candidates, and senior members of Amazon Legal. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, along with a world-class customer service focus are required to deliver results for Amazon associates.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems, iCIMS specifically.
  • Prior work with PeopleSoft or other HRIS ERP.
