Understanding customer order flows within various systems and ensuring timely fall-out resolutions. Enable accurate order processing.
Analyzing the failure trend, root cause analysis and preventive action plans.
SFDC Queue Management : Monitor & control. Triage of Tickets & assign to respective work groups.
Escalation management, Metrics and reporting.
Manage Processes, tools, training and documentations.
Identify opportunities to bring in efficiencies and enable solutions in a proactive manner.
Coordinates extension and validation of material master data to plants (sales offices, plants, organizations, etc.).
Understand and govern Material Auto Extension (MAE) and other automation tools.
Represent PDM / MDM function in Master Data council / forums and driving the policies, standards, governance structure etc.
Provide domain-specific expertise and overall product engineering leadership and perspective to cross-organization projects, programs, and activities.
Drives innovation and integration of new technologies. Quality initiatives into projects and activities in the engineering organization.
Knowledge and Skills :
IT Product knowledge to manage Material Master, Bill of Material, Engineering changes, Variant Configurations, product lifecycle.
Knowledge in Supply Chain function, Sales Operation and Order Management.
Requires expertise for order fallout, triage and facilitate resolution using SFDC.
Ability to effectively communicate with business functions in understanding the E2E order flow and investigating the root cause of failure and providing corrective & preventive actions.
Extensive experience with using engineering tools and software packages to design, test and evaluate products for automations.
Program Management skills to coordinate with governance teams.
Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience :
Graduate in Engineering, Information technology, electronics engineering, Industrial engineering. Post graduate preferred.
4-6 years of Material master management in SAP environment, at least 2 years in S4.
Should have worked in implementing SAP in supply chain functions.
