YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine microbiological sampling across cleanrooms and different classified areas of the site.
Support validation and perform sampling of environmental monitoring (water, air, surfaces, and others).
Responsible for media and disinfectant preparation for routine laboratory tests and sampling.
Cleaning and sterilization of glassware for laboratory purposes.
Responsible of inventory management and storage of microbiological accessories, reagents and others, including the quality control processes associated.
Data entry on records and report of results according to the laboratory activities and internal procedures.
Support to calibration and maintenance programs for the microbiology laboratory equipment.
Responsible for the cleaning and order of the work area.
Perform according to GLP, biosafety guidelines, HSE guidelines, internal procedures and others related.
Capable of laboratory teamwork and time management.
WHO YOU ARE
Technical degree in Microbiology, signed up at the CMQC Professional Association (Mandatory).
At least 2 years of experience in microbiology laboratories, industrial tests, and cleanroom routinary work and sampling (Mandatory).
Intermediate English reading and writing skills, able to understand, interpret and communicate general instructions and laboratory techniques (Mandatory).
Ability to create documents and related activities preferred.
Knowledge of microbiology laboratory processes and equipment (glassware washer, autoclave, balance, among others).
Understanding of environmental monitoring sampling including but not limited to water, air, and surfaces.
Expertise in media preparation, aseptic technique, material cleaning, sterilization, and biohazardous waste management.
Familiarity of QMS systems and subsystems, ISO systems (9001, 13485, 14644, 17025) and SAP (Desirable).
Proficient with Microsoft Office tools (Mandatory).
Good Documentation and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP’s).
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
Capable of managing technical information.
Talent to work in a team environment, build relationships and partnerships within the organization.
Adaptable to priority changes and adherence to procedures.
