We’re hiring a Sr. Product Manager to join the CC Developer Platform & Partner Ecosystem team (the Extensibility team ). As Sr.
PM, your task will be two-fold. First, you will drive the strategy for key end-to-end integration opportunities to streamline workflows for designers and their teams.
Second, you and your team will act as Customer Zero’ for our new developer platform, offering early feedback on APIs, integration points, feature prioritization, and the overall developer experience to help mature the platform powering Adobe's next generation of creative applications for the web.
What you’ll do
Obsess over solving enterprise customers’ most challenging content creation problems by deeply understanding enterprise personas and their needs e.
g. creatives, stakeholders, marketers and developers.
Develop market mastery by engaging with enterprise customers, industry analysts, partners, competitors and others as a product lead.
Translate customer feedback and insights into prioritized product requirements with detailed user stories.
Conceptualize and construct cohesive product and business strategies around enabling enterprises to create content at scale, for example via content automation.
Partner with user research, design, architecture and engineering to rapidly iterate and take solutions from design concepts through prototyping to product launch.
Partner with product teams across Adobe to leverage existing cloud services and machine learning capabilities, as well as with external partners to leverage 3rd party technology in product solutions.
Partner with marketing and sales to develop messaging, and build go-to-market strategies.
Spearhead pre-release programs for new products and services, ensuring their success in market.
Act as internal and external evangelist for the web extensibility platform, and advocate for a delightful developer experience
What you’ll need to succeed
A minimum of five years of product management experience; enterprise technology experience preferred.
Proven track record spearheading successful product launches that elegantly solve complex problems.
Passion for solving complex enterprise workflow and content creation challenges.
Ability to quickly develop expertise in new product areas and drive momentum on multiple initiatives.
Strong leadership with ability to influence senior management, and lead large-scale, highly matrixed teams across product, engineering, design, go-to-market, legal, operations and more.
An independent, self-starter attitude with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Refined ability to simplify and bring clarity to complex user and product needs.
Experience working with cloud services, machine learning capabilities, and extensibility.
Experience with Creative Cloud products, personas and enterprise content creation workflows.
Bachelor's degree required, MBA or MS a plus.
Designer or developer experience a plus.
