Description : This role applies advanced subject matter knowledge to all lease processes and is regarded as a subject matter expert.
Contributes to, develops and / or improves new leasing processes and policies. Works on complex problems / projects where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of multiple factors.
Enforces adherence to lease process and policies by all teams
Leads the embedded lease variance investigation and reconciliation activity
Drives Mass Audit clean-up of external discrepancies
Holds lease variance reviews and provides recommendations to Country Managers and BU Finance.
Acts as a point of escalation and collaborates with other functions to drive resolution of lease operational issues, in support of the business / customer requirements.
Prepares and runs operational performance reviews with the business, global process owner and financing partner.
Consults and advises on lease operational queries to internal clients
Proactively communicates lease operational process changes to stakeholders / internal clients and financing partner; drives and monitors the implementation phase
Conducts lease process trainings to internal teams as required
Excellent communication skills (e.g. written, verbal, presentation); mastery in English, and proficiency in other languages if required
Excellent Leadership, negotiation and influence skills.
In-depth understanding of core HP businesses and the revenue cycle.
Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical skills.
Strong ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with internal clients and financing partner
