Looking to lead top brands in redefining how they use their data and craft their customer’s experience? The Activation Consultant role will allow you to play a lead role in how businesses can improve their bottom line through the prescriptive application of Adobe's digital experience technologies.
In this role, you will help businesses fully make use of the capabilities of the Adobe Experience Platform solutions to power their digital marketing programs.
Working with the customer, you will drive roadmap creation, provide best-practice guidance, and drive the execution and growth of their digital marketing programs.
What you'll Do
Work hands-on with Adobe’s technology to deliver value through strategic execution of customer digital marketing programs.
Gain in-depth knowledge of a client’s digital experience strategy, online business model, and customer goals.
Work closely with customer Marketing, Data Science and IT teams to drive roadmap prioritization and best-in-class solution design.
Lead customers through benchmarking against competitors, user research, usability studies, and data-driven experimentation to inform the roadmap.
Lead face-to-face brainstorming sessions and workshops with partners in the marketing, technical, and design teams on the client's side.
Analyze large and detailed data sets to make recommendations around follow-up tests and audience segmentation.
Work with Adobe leadership and sales teams to support customer satisfaction and renewals.
What you need to succeed
4 years’ experience leading audience management and data activation program or workflows
Previous experience working with Adobe Audience Manager, Real-time CDP or similar technologies that support data activation
Solid grasp of AdTech ecosystem and the nuances between DMPs and CDPs
Have strong mastery of how Adobe’s technology and other digital marketing technologies and platforms work together to deliver personalization at scale.
Must be very comfortable in a client-facing role, speaking publicly to groups, and interacting with executives
Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and products quickly in a high energy, collaborative environment
Special consideration for :
Experience designing and managing databases / data models
Experience with Adobe Audience Manager and / or Adobe Real-time CDP
Experience using SQL to analyze customer data.
Experience building and using APIs (e.g. POSTMAN) and task automation
Experience with script development and automation (Python, Scala, or R for large scale data analysis)
Designing and modeling raw customer centric data sets.
