You must be able to prioritize, multitask, problem solve and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Detail orientation, quality of delivery, and effective communication with all levels is required.

Your challenge :

As a Talent Coordinator you will have the pivotal role of ensuring high quality in our day to day hiring processes by supporting both the recruiter and the sourcer.

You will be performing various administrative and back office activities important for the process which include tasks such as :

oSupport lead to hire activities for all hiring profiles on Applicant Tracking System systems.

oCollect, manage data and identify trends related to key stages of the hiring process.

oAnalyze and provide reports in support of hiring to the Talent Acquisition functions.

oPost requisitions to relevant job boards / channels per Sourcing plan.

oFacilitate requisition status management.

oDisposition candidates in ATS based on relevant triggers from hiring managers, recruiters, or sourcers.

oSupport the job offer process - system related tasks, follow up and tracking.

oProvide post offer support to candidates. This includes on-boarding & engagement with various stakeholders, among others.

oBe a liaison between the Talent Acquisition and the Post Offer Support teams to ensure flawless execution between the hiring and onboarding process.

These are fixed term positions only.

Qualifications

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.

Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work / classes / research and / or relevant previous job and / or internship experiences.

Minimum Qualifications :

  • oThe candidate must be pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field;
  • or have a technical degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or have 6 months of equivalent experience.

    oIntermediate or advanced English (spoken and written)

    oWilling to work on a temporary basis

    o6 months of experience in the following areas :

    Recruiting and sourcing

    Full life cycle recruiting

    Working with USA / Multinational Companies

    MS Office products to manipulate, interpret, construct and format reports and presentations (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook).

    Preferred Qualifications :

    o6 months of experience in the following areas :

    Customer Service, Stakeholder Management, influencing others, and providing solutions to difficult situations

    oSmashfly (Candidate Management System)

    oWorkday (Candidate Tracking System)
