The upcoming Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in Jalisco, Mexico rests on 3,000 acres of a protected natural reserve on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

Most of its 155 rooms will boast exceptional panoramic views of the Pacific Ocean, enveloped by the surrounding jungle and lush golf course.

The Tax Manager will demonstrate the following key characteristics :

  • Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and teamwork.
  • Demonstrates superior knowledge of finance operations.
  • Review and validate Tax Information reports and payment to government for all financial entities.
  • Master Your Craft :

    The Tax Manager ensures that all financial entities are in compliance with tax regulations establish by law. Provides support to finance team and operating departments.

    Notify changes in Tax legal requirements. Monitors that systems and legal reports are in compliance with this tax regulations.

    Desired Skills and Experience :

  • Minimum 3 years management experience in Finance.
  • Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location.
  • Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language.
  • Follow up to property internal audits provided by specialized offices.
  • Inform Finance team and Operating department any changes in Tax legal requirements to adjust internal procedures.
  • Conciliate Income registered in balance sheets against Income reported to our Tax Office and related Taxes paid.
  • Provide support to Finance team to day by day operations.
  • Review contracts, leases and agreements.
  • Prepare Tax office required reports related to property operations.
  • Verify and provide follow up with systems support to ensure that invoicing, XML files and electronic accounting interfaces are properly configured based on Tax legal requirements.
