The challenge

Our team is passionate about video and creativity. We are looking for a strategic product marketing executive for Adobe’s pro video category (primarily Premiere Pro and After Effects).

This leader will be responsible for the business strategy for our flagship video business. S / he will be accountable for driving business results in collaboration with multiple cross-functional teams.

This is a highly visible position, and the ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate ability to influence in a matrixed environment.

What you’ll do

  • Define the KPIs; lead the annual strategic process; and deliver the 3-year growth strategy and business plan
  • Partner closely with product management on setting overall category and product strategy cross-portfolio, as well as influence and refine short and long-term product roadmap
  • Develop deep knowledge of the business and be the expert in market trends, customer needs, competitive landscape, and market growth drivers
  • Lead a growing and cross functional team to deliver on key success factors across all aspects of the GTM Strategy
  • What you need to succeed

  • Breadth and depth of expertise in product marketing and GTM strategy
  • Be passionate about creativity, video and design. Deep understanding of pro video community, market trends and competitive landscape
  • Experience in the creative industry is desirable.
  • Thrive and proven success influencing peers across product management, engineering, corporate marketing, and regional leaders in a high matrixed and global organization environment
