You will develop and lead strategies, experiments and execution across acquisition, activation, engagement and retention.

You will drive teams to execute with precision, communicate effectively across the organization and with top executives, and approach and solve problems strategically.

Develop and execute broad strategic goals in coordination with Xe leaders and multiple teams.
Drive ideation and concept approval for initiatives, clearly distilling objectives and results across multiple organization
Lead execution across multiple surfaces at a high level of excellence demonstrating measurable results.
Demonstrate proficiency across multiple growth subject areas; able to diagnose the health of a product engagement funnel and resolve needs on an ongoing basis.
Provide constructive feedback as part of Xe Test Council. Drive & mentor teams on the complete lifecycle of a test from hypothesis, concept, design, launch, analysis of results, and next steps.
Translate and effectively communicate near and long-term roadmaps.
Champion best practices, utilizing scientific methodology, influence across large matrixed orgs, and test across user journey steps and surfaces.
Partner with internal and external teams on data informed hypotheses that will drive experiment design and readouts focused on causal relationships between product engagement and long-term customer value.
Lead, manage and develop a highly functional team, ensuring detailed experimentation methodology and flawless execution that is scalable and sustainable.
Translate business goals and opportunities into impactful growth plans, with the ability to balance multiple funnels, verticals and products as a portfolio.
Harness technology for programmatic personalization at scale, utilizing APIs, machine-learning models and behavioral data to drive growth!
Share out weekly, monthly and quarterly reports that quantify impact, identify trends, and encapsulate key initiatives!
Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple projects at the same time.
Able to navigate in a matrix environment with outstanding relationship-building skills.
Confirmed knowledge of test methodologies and best-practices.
Stellar storytelling and presentation abilities.
Strong analytical abilities both qualitative and quantitative
8+years of Product Management experience; 5 or more years of management experience
Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience. MBA preferred.
