This will entail attending key stakeholder meetings, delivering prompt metrics and results, participating in key initiatives, and familiarizing the team with all of the various process and abuse vector specifics known to the organization.
This will include coaching, providing adequate training materials and delivery, identifying and taking advantage of opportunities for growth, cross-training on various abuse vectors, and assessing the individual talent and contributions of the team members.
