Job General Description :
This role is part of the Global Delivery Network centralized organization supporting the 3 Business Service Centers located in Malaysia, Czech Republic and Costa Rica.
The Global Delivery Network serves as an organization working across the different divisions to provide business support in multiple business functions : Finance, Master Data Management, Customer Support, and Procurement.
The People Engagement Sr. Specialist will be responsible for coordinating the implementation and execution of the talent of tomorrow strategy with the BSCs Site Leads and the people engagement representatives in each center.
in service of all markets, regional offices and HQ; for all divisions and entire employee bases.
The key to the success of this role is operational discipline, project management, creativity to create engagement action plans leveraging management and employees ideas, ensure job descriptions aligned to main activities of the role, support development initiatives, implementation and effectiveness of different initiatives as well as the ability to thrive in an ever-changing environment with a high focus on controls and compliance.
The organization has been in existence for approximately 4 years, and it has gone through a fast-paced journey from start up to process improvement, standardization and digital enablement with a clear goal to contribute to company success.
Primary Responsibilities :
People Engagement :
Ensures a consistent approach on people engagement matters across all three BSCs and Employee Pulse survey results analysis, plan of action from each BSC and implementation
Identify best practices of people engagement in order to reapply to other centers looking for standardization.
Employee engagement activities at a centralized basis, company events, and other department / company information.
Supports HR with the following people processes : Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession plan specifically with the actions definition and follow up in coordination with local BSC people engagement lead and HRBP.
Talent Strategy :
Develops talent strategy and deployment plans with respect to workforce planning and skills
Designs and execute a standardized GBS onboarding for each delivery site in a content and method
Identifies opportunities to upskill, reskill, and right skill and execute plans to implement

Build and sustain an excellent network of relationships with the Site Leads and the People Engagement leads in the BSCs.
You will leverage these relationships strategically to execute objectives and turn them into action without compromising principles or our company’s values.

Certification(s) / License(s)
Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Organizational Psychology.
Required Knowledge & Skills and / or Related Experience :
Qualifications / Education / Experience Required
Experience in Shared-Services / GBS, showing strong business acumen
Experience in a large, complex, matrix organization.
Proven record of execution of a plan of action using project management waterfall and agile methodologies, influencing senior leadership and their organizations to perform and achieve targets as planned.
Strong record and interest in maintaining high talent engagement from within the organization.
Outstanding communication and people skills
Preferred : Advanced education or certifications such as Professional in Human Resources Certification
Experience with event planning and coordination
Ability to handle and prioritize many simultaneous assignments
Extraordinary attention to detail
