Job Description Summary

The HR Shared Service Professional provides transactional and administrative support services to the employees, managers and HR partners.

This role is responsible for follow up and completion of employee inquiries, review and escalation of service requests to NGA partners or Internal HR analytics team.

Compile and analyze payroll data and reports to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing. Thorough review and approval of Workday business processes as assigned.

This role will also facilitate Tier 0 or Tier 1 case resolution in transferring knowledge to these levels

Responsibilities :

  • Review Workday transactions submitted via the payroll exchange to North Gate Associates (fully outsourced payroll provider) to ensure accuracy in payroll processing.
  • Submit ticket requests via MyHRW.

  • Respond to internal SNOW ticket inquiries and ensure tickets are properly escalated
  • Manage and adjust personal time off (PTO) accruals. Perform historical corrections or adjustments in Kronos as needed.
  • Other related duties as assigned
  • Perform payroll audits and data analysis
  • Requirements :

  • administration or HR Bachelor completed or in process or Equivalent of 5 years HR / Payroll experience
  • 5 years US Payroll experience is a must.
  • Experienced professional with knowledge of Payroll and Time attendance systems.
  • Enterprise time / Kronos required.
  • Knowledge of Workday HRIS systems helpful but not required.
  • Advanced English level (oral and written)
  • US Visa is a must
  • Proficient using Excel (able to do vlookups, pivot tables, etc.)
