The manager will be responsible of partnering with Factories and Business units on the preparation of financial and managerial reporting information supporting external reporting requirements and management decision making processes.
In this role you will help Intel with the following, but not limited to :
Responsible for managing a staff of analysts in charge of Cost analysts.
Hiring, integration and ramping of new staff, performance management, coaching and employee development.
Team up with local and worldwide business partners to resolve issues, drive and implement WW policies.
Drives or coach innovation / process improvements and productivity ideas.
review quarterly report outs.
Participate in centralization efforts providing insides of the biz and the best approach to maximize resources and increase quality.
Strong Business Acumen about cost and financial planning, budget execution, manufactories processes and Intel Business Units.
Anticipate where the organization needs to go based on changes in the environment, enlist the team in the creation of a shared vision of success and contributes to the development of strategic objectives.

You must possess the minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
At least 5 years of Finance experience.
3+ years of experience leading projects and teams.
2+ years of experience in Cost and Inventory processes.
Advanced written and verbal English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in people management is a plus.
Previous experience in Shared Service Centers.
MBA with emphasis in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
