Your Responsibilities :
The Cluster Financial Controller manages and is responsible for the performance of the finance team with high degree of transition and adjustment whilst sustaining high quality standards supporting the relevant Regional Business Unit (US, Other NA or LATAM) by delivering right first-
time reporting and analysis which is insightful, fast and supports the business to develop accurate plans in a strong controls and assurance environment.
Additionally, the Cluster Financial Controller will be responsible for managing a team of finance professional deployed for his scope in a complex multi-
layer organizational structure, engaging with senior stakeholders (escalation point of contact for the business).
Also, the Cluster Financial Controller’s scope will vary depending on the size & complexity of the markets to be supported & could also have responsibility solely for a Tier 1 market.

Working within our technology enabled finance hub, the Cluster Finance Controller will play a key role in creating a high performing team responsible for delivering Close and Control activities for Americas (North America and LATAM) markets as well as delivering more complex accounting activities.
o Fully compliant with all relevant accounting standards, current best practices and any other regulations
o Consistently applies accounting policies which are appropriate to the current business environment
o Compliant with all aspects of the internal / external financial control environment
o Delivers insight to the business in key areas of risk, growth and performance making recommendations for continuous improvements and remedial action as required
