We are looking for a dynamic and data-driven Head of CRM Marketing to design, develop and scale a comprehensive CRM strategy specific to Betcris business model.

This position is a key member of the Marketing team responsible for developing the appropriate multichannel contact strategies and programs to drive revenue via actionable customer insights.

This role works cross-functionally with Customer Services, Product, Processing and the local teams and will report directly to the Marketing Director.

Requisitos del Puesto

Essentials :

  • College Degree in Marketing, Communications, or similar.
  • Digital Marketing experience
  • Google Analytics experience
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Bilingual English and Spanish - Any other will be a plus.
  • Proficient in MS Office required. Excel knowledge is a must.
  • Desirable :

  • Gaming Business background.
  • Experience in Scrum Agile.
  • Mastering the usage of CRM data to drive insight and revenue
  • Habilidades Deseadas

  • Self-motivated and data driven.
  • A hands-on builder who is capable of designing strategic programs, seeing ideas to fruition and operating in a fast-moving and constantly changing environment.
  • Data-driven mindset coupled with the ability to effectively communicate and present to C-level executives.
  • Adopts a hands on deck approach.
  • Creative and willing to think out of the box .
