We help people find, try, and learn how to get the most from their Adobe Apps and Services. And fix issues with their Adobe Creative Cloud and Document Cloud products when they occasionally arise.
As we continue to evolve our Products from desktop apps to mobile products to web-based tools we have the opportunity to support our customers in new and more impactful ways.
We are looking for a Group Product Manager who brings together deep user empathy, data-informed decision making, and strong Product intuition to help us evolve the future of Adobe self-service experiences.
Your primary responsibility will be our help site ( https : / / helpx.adobe.com ) which will see over 400M visitors and 500M visits this year! You will shape end-user experiences, platform and tool improvements, and create infrastructure to share content across the Adobe ecosystem.
What you will do
Coach, inspire and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for delivering self-service help and support experiences for Adobe’s Creative Cloud and Document Cloud suites.
Become an authority on our customer difficulties and issues - Turn that information into insights which then become impactful, customer-facing help solutions.
Be a data informed product leader - Partner with our data science team, master engagement and usage analytics, use marketing & research data to find opportunities and define a strategy which positively impacts users to unblock their creative pursuits.
Steward the unification and expansion of our content ecosystem - Improve our content quality, enhance our authors’ workflow, and syndicate our content across Adobe surfaces
Design a multi-quarter roadmap - Balance short and long-term goals and investments to scale this vitally important capability.
Craft and communicate product strategy across the organization - Gain consensus, encourage collaboration, and influence senior executives to acquire the necessary resources.

Savvy innovation : Keen and flexible with strong conceptual thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Able to evaluate alternatives qualitatively and quantitatively and make compelling recommendations on what’s right for the product.
Experience & Education :
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in leading a product management team related to high growth cloud-based products or applications.
Bonus points for experience with Content ecosystems, Customer Experience and Support environments
