The Opportunity

Adobe has developed best-in-class growth marketing organization. From the depth of the analysis, through to the media plans and experiences delivered to customers and prospects, Adobe has grown at +20% for nearly 8 years.

Much of this growth can be directly attributed to the performance marketing operation we have created.

The world of performance marketing is evolving quickly as the digital advertising landscape changes. What was once accomplished through a couple channels (Display, Search, Programmatic Display), we now find ourselves with a proliferation of marketing platforms and commerce options.

The opportunity for Adobe is to re-invent our performance marketing machine in this new world.

What you'll Do

This role leads an America’s Performance Media organization, driving revenue and sales pipeline for our Digital Media and Digital Experience businesses.

This B2B and B2C role has revenue responsibility exceeding $500m and will guide nearly $200m of investable marketing dollars.

The team is organized around core business Creative Segment categories in our B2C space, and growth accounts in our B2B space.

This role works in partnership with regional leadership teams, as well as a Global Media COE which owns analytics, operations, and platform development.

All global media teams use our best-in-class Adobe Digital Experience tools as a customer zero, providing a unique opportunity to work directly with product teams to solve the next digital marketing problem.

Specific responsibilities will include :

  • Ownership of the strategy and execution of customer category media plans, focused on driving customer journey metrics through to conversion
  • Responsibility for developing new opportunities for media investment headroom through better targeting, audience management, content, or marketing channel expansion
  • Coordination with brand-marketing campaigns designed to deliver above-the-line objectives, or category-marketing campaigns focused on category specific objectives of awareness or engagement
  • Consolidation of the holistic America’s media opportunity, and prioritization of resources across categories to deliver the overall revenue objectives
  • Partner and support the regional media leaders to share best practices and approaches from the largest region in terms of revenue (America’s)
  • What is needed to succeed

  • BS / BA with 10+ years tech or management consulting experience
  • Deep experience as a digital and performance marketer working in an marketing agency / consultancy, or in an internal capacity at a leading brand.
  • Ability to quickly deliver executive-level presentations / communications which enable us to uplevel and act on data and insights real-time
  • An understanding of services marketing / ecommerce / subscription business models
  • A consulting background, or familiarity with consultative approaches to problem solving.
  • Familiarity working in matrixed organizational environments.
