Your Responsibilities :
The primary focus of this position is to provide operational support of VMware Cloud Provider partners during the purchasing and billing process for VMware SaaS offerings
Drive the growth of Mobility services
Assisting VMware Cloud Provider MSP partners with the determination of which services to order for their particular environment
Helping partners to order correct services and configurations
Understanding and communicating the service offering packaging options and purchasing rules
Liaising with VMware internal teams to ensure order to provisioning has occurred
Driving solutioning of any issues pertaining to these orders with the appropriate VMware teams
Tracking and communicating metrics related to these activities
Interact with sales teams, channel partners and numerous internal groups as required
Support rapid launch of new offerings in the Cloud Provider Program
Further develop processes according to industry best practices and ensure global standardization to reduce inconsistencies, driving quality to mitigate risk
Follow compliance guidelines and internal policies and procedures
Ensure all transaction have been booked and billed accurately, provide extended support at quarter end and various close deadlines
Provide suggestions and ideas that enhance processes and simplicity of operations
Deliver on ad-hoc assignments as business requires
5+ years’ experience in Software or Cloud operations
Expert knowledge of Cloud Service Provider Programs
Extensive knowledge in SaaS billing models and managing quote to cash SaaS processes with knowledge of upstream and downstream impact / activity
Experience in two tier cloud partner sales model, with firm knowledge of software license transactions and Software as a service
Experience with enterprise systems and proven knowledge of enterprise integration
Knowledge in End User Computing a plus
Team player with strong interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Self-starter who takes initiative and works with limited direction
BS / BA or related industry experience
You Preferably Have :
Proficiency in Oracle
Proficiency in Sales Force
SAP Brim SaaS billing system
