We are currently seeking a Bilingual Quality / trainingspecialist at our headquarters in San Jose, Costa Rica.

  • Responsible for ensuring the defined processesmeet the standards of quality.
  • Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Interpret and implement quality assurancestandards
  • Plan, conduct and monitor the service quality
  • Document internal audits and other qualityassurance activities.
  • Collect and compile statistical quality data.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement inthe quality system.
  • Develop, recommend and monitor corrective andpreventive actions.
  • Prepare reports to communicate outcomes ofquality activities.
  • Identify training needs and organize traininginterventions to meet quality standards.
  • Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriatecorrective actions.
  • Monitor compliance with quality and industryregulatory requirements.
  • Responsible for new hires training.
  • Create and maintain training material up to date.
  • Training delivery for new and existing processes.
  • Whatyou will need to succeed :

  • Fluentlybilingual in Spanish / English
  • 1+years of quality assurance / training experience
  • Process-orientedthinking
  • Compliantwith all company quality assurance processes
