The upcoming Four Seasons Resort Tamarindo in Jalisco, Mexico rests on 3,000 acres of a protected natural reserve on the Pacific Coast of Mexico.

The Assistant Pool / Beach Manager will demonstrate the following key characteristics :
Ability to communicate clearly and openly creating an atmosphere of mutual trust and team work.
Demonstrates superior knowledge of the Restaurant operations.
Proven ability to effectively lead in a variety of situations with guest needs; flexible leadership style.
Master Your Craft :
The Assistant Pool / Beach Manager will support the Restaurant General Manager in the day to day operation of the Restaurant, overseeing all outlet operations while ensuring guest satisfaction.
Desired Skills and Experience :
Minimum 3 years management experience in Restaurant and Pool / Beach operations.
Demonstrate adaptability to live in a remote location.
Excellent English and Spanish (Preferred) language.
The ability to oversee all aspects of the Restaurant operation, including scheduling, training and motivating the team.
The ability to ensure there is consistency of quality and efficiency of food & beverage service.
The ability to ensure Four Seasons standard service procedures are followed at all times.
The ability to work closely with the Restaurant General Manager and Culinary team.
The ability to ensure that sanitation standards as set forth by Four Seasons and federal regulations are in compliance as well as the cleanliness and organization of the Restaurant.
The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, clients, and group contacts.
The ability to communicate with employees and managers to ensure operational needs are met.
Flexibility to work on different shifts, weekends and holidays.
Resort Pre-Opening Experience Preferred.
The ability to coordinate personal training to guarantee a high level of service and productivity.
As an Assistant Department Leader you will motivate and develop a team, leading by example at all times and instill a culture of continuous learning and improvement among your staff.
You are actively involved in identifying and assessing the needs of your team and investing in their career development through effective coaching, training and by instilling company our values.
