A Day in the Life

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Analyzes, audits, reconciles and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.
  • Experience working for an international organization.
  • Experience with the management of outsourced payroll and external payroll provider.
  • Ensures that payroll vendors deliver quality service and timely deliverables.
  • Ensure timely delivery to Finance of payroll accounting entries.
  • Analyzes, audits, reconciles and resolves complex payroll processing and employee payroll issues to ensure smooth payroll processing.

    Ensures payroll reporting and payments are in compliance with company policy, generally accepted accounting principles, and applicable regulations.

    Must Have : Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelors degree required in finance and accounting or related .
  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Experience completing at least one audit government, whether fiscal or social Security.
  • Microsoft office management.
  • Nice to Have

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is highly desirable.
  • 3+ years of system support, system implementation, experience.
  • 3+ years in payroll accounting & Payroll.
  • 3+ Bank transfers processes.
  • Experience in systems such as Workday, SAP and outsourced processes
