The Challenge

As a member of the Global Customer Success Strategy & Operations team, you are part of a growing, high energy, innovative team of professionals responsible for end-to-end customer success for $1 billion+ flagship Creative Cloud and Document Cloud enterprise software business.

You will build programs and processes to ensure that Customer Success Managers (CSMs) around the world lead their customers to realize maximum business value.

What you'll do

As the Manager for Strategic Programs, you will develop and execute key product and program strategies to ensure global alignment.

You will routinely engage with Customer Success leaders and Customer Success Managers around the world. You are a go-getter who is passionate about finding creative, scalable solutions to respond to challenges, gaps, or changes.

Key responsibilities include :

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive communications plan
  • Lead project management for multiple top initiatives
  • Build and design scaled programs
  • Act as a key partner and contributor in developing CSM strategy (what products do we need to ship in the form of people, processes, and / or technology?)
  • What you need to succeed

  • Strong leadership skills proven ability to establish relationships and lead discussions with various partners and executives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively navigate and mediate conflict and foster partnership and consensus.
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, very responsible, and focused on exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Flexibility to travel.
  • Design acumen and experience to create visually appealing, informative communications. This includes familiarity with Adobe's creative tools.
  • Experience working with a global and diverse team across a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
