The Opportunity

We are looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead one of our priority campaigns for the Adobe Workfront business.

You will partner with Product Marketing, Content Strategy, Paid Channel leads, Adobe Studio, and outside agencies to plan, build, launch, measure, and optimize multi-channel campaigns.

As a digital savvy and customer-centric marketer, you will drive engagement and leads through awareness, consideration, and decision stages to support lead volume, quality, and velocity through skilled storytelling and thoughtful ABM touchpoint strategies.

The position will report to the Adobe Workfront Senior Manager of Integrated Marketing.

What you'll Do

  • Lead cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and optimize cross-channel marketing results that create demand for Adobe Workfront.
  • Drive customer acquisition and demand generation efforts by developing full funnel messages and engaging content that resonate.
  • Manage the whole lifecycle of campaign management from planning to results
  • Determine the appropriate mix of paid, owned, and earned campaign elements to effectively accomplish goals, including digital, search, social, direct mail, email, webinars, events, and content syndication.
  • Help enable the field sales and partner with the field marketing teams to ensure that they are aware of the latest marketing campaigns.
  • Consistently iterate and optimize marketing campaigns and programs through measurement and optimization.
  • Manage to campaign budgets, timelines, resources, processes, and technologies.
  • Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation campaigns or customer acquisition strategies in a B2B environment
  • Thorough understanding of account based marketing (ABM) methodologies and application of these strategies into the demand waterfall.
  • Ability to understand the role of each digital channels' role through a connected buyer's journey.
  • Self-motivated and someone who takes accountability and ownership of his / her own work
  • Ability to collaborate and work well across multiple teams to get work done.
  • Strong written and verbal communication and problem-solving skills with an outstanding eye for detail
  • Be a natural storyteller with data and can translate technical jargon into easy-to-understand business terms.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Analytics, Marketo Engage, etc.) and CRM platforms (Salesforce, etc.) is helpful.
