JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Payroll Associate III with previous experience will provide assistance to lower-level support processing delivered in the company business service center, ensuring high quality and smooth flow of payroll process.
We seek a professional who will ensure efficient service center operations, technology, and transactions.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESCollect personal information, fixed and variable payroll data, and providing them in the standard agreed format to the payroll provider.
Ensure the accuracy of data especially for essential payroll variables such as salary, bank account, address, also newly hired employees, and termination.
Work closely with the operation team in order to ensure smooth flow of payroll process and high quality.Timely processing of tasks according to the company policies, maintaining and achieving of the mailbox.
Manage requests and queries timely and according to their urgency and complexity.You will work under minimal supervision and independently handle complex clerical, administrative, technical, or customer support issues while referring only to the most complex issues to higher-level staff.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma, secondary education level or equivalent Advanced English level B2+ at leastExcel intermediate levelPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSPrevious experience in human resources, finance, or administration role.
