The role is responsible for the support and projectadministrative responsibilities within this Global Services functional Team.
Responsibilities also included updating Customer, Supplier and Intercompanyinformation on the JDE and Oracle Address Book for specified sites This willinclude name and address details, Tax, Credit, Bank and Contact informationamong other elements.
Responsibilities Accurate data entry onto the JDE and Oracle Address Book ofCustomer, Supplier and Intercompany information in accordance with thedepartment’s Service Level Agreement.
Validating company and address information using differentsources / business tools
The use of a web based Request Forms
The use of a Auto Upload system to add informationautomatically to JDE and Oracle
Supporting project leads within this function
Any other tasks required by the CFS Team
Good experience of data base manipulation and good knowledgeof Excel required.
Proven understanding or interest in Business, IT or Finance
Proven experience of working with or knowledge of companyhierarchies / organisational structures a distinct advantage.
Speedy and accurate data entry
Keen eye for detail
Experience in supporting data projects
Knowledge and understanding or appreciation of otherlanguages distinct advantage
Experience in working with Either JDE or Oracle a distinctadvantage.
