The opportunity

Come join the Employee Experience team as a Total Rewards Operations Manager, reporting to Adobe’s Dir, Rewards Operations.

In this role, you will leverage your unique position at the intersection of all the global Rewards functions (Compensation, Benefits, Global Mobility) to improve the overall team with insights around technology, process, and data.

On our team, we don't expect one day to be the same as the previous, although you will have a set of core responsibilities.

What you'll do

  • Improve process & data integrity within the Rewards Teams to achieve high quality, actionable data & metrics
  • Manage multiple Rewards applications & systems
  • Conduct testing of new systems / functionality of Rewards systems
  • Partner with Total Rewards functions to drive from the what to the so what to the now what on a myriad of issues :
  • Compensation insights based on employee movements, promotions, or compensation adjustments
  • Benefits plan utilization & causality
  • Global Mobility offerings, utilization, and optimization of packages
  • Rollout Global Benefits Analytics Partner with our Global Benefits team & Global Benefits supplier to design actionable analytical dashboards & reports
  • Participate in M&A Integration activities
  • What you need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business, Human Resources, Analytics, or similar
  • Minimum of 3+ years of Total Rewards experience (compensation, benefits, or a combination of both)
  • Excellent communications and storytelling skills to influence analytical insights to a business audience & actionable results
  • Background in analytics and a desire to apply it to solve the most critical rewards questions
  • Advanced MS Powerpoint & Excel skills
  • Workday experience a huge plus
  • Previous experience as a system admin or business SME for HRIS or other Rewards related system
