Responsibilities :

  • Lead development, administration, as well as architectural input for the ServiceNow environment
  • Collaborate with project teams and business stakeholders
  • Develop systems integrations and process automation (runbooks)
  • Perform data migrations to ServiceNow
  • Perform ServiceNow platform analysis, administration and lifecycle management including configuration and management of user profiles, CMDB, internal and customer portals, automated reporting and workspace hierarchy
  • Provide guidance on ServiceNow best practices
  • Create and maintain knowledge base and libraries
  • Provide input to ServiceNow test plans
  • Build and maintain ServiceNow support processes
  • Develop clear and concise technical and process documentation
  • Participate in the creation and maintenance of ServiceNow policies, procedures and training materials
  • Define and implement backup and disaster recovery plan for ServiceNow
  • Install and test ServiceNow updates and new releases
  • Provide end-user technical support to resolve issues, answer questions and provide additional training as needed
  • Monitor health, usage, and overall compliance of ServiceNow and its applications
  • Resolve incident tickets per service level agreements (SLA) and company policy
  • Analyze incidents and problems to identify and understand trends that can be reported back to the vendor
  • Understand and maintain ServiceNow module and license counts for compliance and financial forecast
  • Track ServiceNow defects and communicate to vendor for resolution
  • Requirements :

  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
  • Experience with ServiceNow or other ITSM platform including workflow, scripts and forms
  • Back-end development infrastructure experience
  • Excellent English communication skills (B2+ minimum)
  • Experience integrating 3rd party applications into ServiceNow via Integration Hub is a plus
  • Experience integrating with external enterprise applications via MID Server, REST API, JDBC also a plus
  • Nice to have :

  • ServiceNow System Administrator certification
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus (especially Certified Application Developer)
  • ITIL V3 or higher
  • Architectural knowledge / experience
  • Experience leading teams or projects
  • Implementation and customization experience of a web architected, n-tiered enterprise application
  • Have created ServiceNow update sets, promoting / testing through various instances, into production
  • Experience with much of the following : SOA and web services integration (SOAP, REST), JavaScript, XML, HTML, AngularJS, CSS, LDAP, MS Active Directory, SSO, ITSM processes
  • Understanding Integration (interfacing) of enterprise software systems
