Our new innovative IT services organization is HPE Pointnext. We have the expertise to advise, integrate, and accelerate our customers’ outcomes from their digital transformation.

In this role :

Leads customer engagement to ensure that it meets all scope, time, budget and quality expectations, through planning, controlling and managing customer projects.

Manages corporate, customer and third party vendor efforts to plan, sell and implement solutions to customer problems. Responsible for business as well as team management.

Responsibilities :

  • Develop an end-to-end transition plan : Analyze solution and develop a plan to transition the customer to the new service
  • Global Deals : Manage end-to-end implementation and delivery readiness processes. Work with global Transition Managers
  • Continuity : Ensure all deliverables are completed on time. Brings all cross functional teams together
  • Customer Management, Relationship Management, Communication management : Meet w / local & regional focal’s, status updates
  • Risk Management : Develop and manage mitigation plans
  • Coordinate activities required between Customer Operations and Global Solutions Center : insure invoicing alignments in place, appropriate entitlement processes in place, queue management processes in place and tested
  • Transition financial management and tracking : Custom invoicing coordination, internal, and external expense management
  • Manage and drive all additional requirement : i.e. Resident Onsite, Onsite Parts, and Multi-vendor, etc.
  • Analyze special and exception processes : Create internal / external documents, custom processes, engage BU’s, drive escalations, Service Delivery Instructions (SDI)
  • Account Team Management : Ensure all resources (DCDM, ADM, ASM, TAM, DHS, etc.) are assigned and aligned, R&R are clear, SOW deliverables are understood
  • Pilot Process Test Cases : Customer Training how to for delivery readiness. GAP analysis and process improvement
  • Create Operational Documents : both internal and external for steady state delivery for move forward steady state
  • Delivery Readiness : Field resources are ready. Field stocking locations stocked with required parts (i.e. 6H CTR). Dispatch resources ready and aligned with any special dispatch processes.
  • Formal Handover : Customer / Delivery / Global Solution Center / Steady State Delivery, document lessons learned
  • Education and Experience Required :

    First Level University degree.

    3 to 5 years experience in project management or in like roles / businesses.

    Knowledge and Skills :

    Demonstrates an in-depth understanding of key company Services' operational policies, processes and methodologies applicable to project management.

    Speaks with expertise to many layers of depth related to project management methods

    On the PMP Certification path

    Ability to develop meaningful relationships, network, rapport and trust in a remote model

    Ability to adapt to process changes.

    Written and verbal communication, presentation, and persuasion skills; mastery in English

    Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

    Ability to work in a dynamic environment, manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
