    The Sage Partner Centre of Excellence (PCOE) works in collaboration with the Product and Regional teams to deliver the partner strategy.

    Reporting to the VP Strategic Pursuits, the Partner Experience, and Relationship Director will be responsible for developing and managing partnerships with strategic technology partners (ISV).

    The individual will collaborate across regional(s) channel, sales, and marketing teams to establish and grow relationships that will serve to complete Sage’s product solution across segments and verticals.Key Responsibilities

  • Own business planning for strategic ISV partners who are critical to enable Sage's proposition growth
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to identify ways to fully leverage a partner's offering inside Sage Business Cloud & its network
  • Learn and maintain in-depth knowledge of Sage products and technologies, networks, and industry.
  • Lead governance for the ISV Sage Partner Experience
  • Manage skills transfer for key technical, consulting, sales and marketing personnel within each partner organization partner experience and GTM enablement tools to facilitate partner success
  • Work with the regional channels to organize channel training to educate teams on how to tell the "Sage partner story" and ensure the partner experience is being delivered
  • Lead crossfunctional teams to identify issues, build and execute plans to improve a partner's performance
  • Work with regional channel enablement and marketing personnel to help develop and execute effective programs and enablement strategies
  • Onboard and Manage Sage (global / multi-segment) partner through partner account strategy, forecasting, account resource allocation, and planning
  • Initiate joint business planning and marketing plans with partners including individual responsibility for a sales objective.
  • Increase success through forecasting, demand generation, and targeted campaigns through strong business planning governance and leadership
  • Engage in partner opportunities resulting in increased NCA for the vertical / product
  • Qualifications :

  • 5+ years’ experience business development, channel enablement, product or consulting SaaS is a preference but FinTech / Technology or Consulting is also a plus
  • Exceptional presentation skills particularly around translating data into meaningful insights that broad audiences can easily consume.
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Avid learner who has experience learning new markets and industries and devising solutions and marketing strategies to reach those markets.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including specific experience writing / editing for different media and varied audiences.
  • Strong teaming skills and experience to bring together diverse views and communicate / collaborate effectively.
  • Strong creative, problem solving, and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Previous strategic project / program leadership or consulting background
  • Strongly Preferred :

  • Experience driving change in complex organizations.
