Responsibilities : Pre-Sales 1. Responsible for pre-sales process initiation for Domestic and global opportunities 2. Coordinate and manage hand-
off’s and track the work between the design teams, applications engineers, and off shore resources in order to meet customer design and project timing expectations 3.
Schedule and facilitate meets with JCI employees, Global entities, customers, JCI Professional Services 4. Facilitate shipping of product when needed domestically, globally and track packages 5.
Work with applications engineers to gather submittal package of initial system design, for it to be presented to customer and monitor design approval process 6.
Coordinate and work with engineering teams to ensure project bill of materials and designs follow documented customer standards 7.
Compass account creation is required for domestic customer projects 8. Compass estimate creation is required for domestic customer projects based on engineering created scope and bill of materials.
Making sure that all required documents, vendor quotes and all information is entered in order to get approval from local office Install manager.
9. Proper Compass Template creation and achieving consistency in the way the estimates are created is required, these will need to follow the GCOE standards for ISO conformity 10.
International projects require creation of initial pricing sheet leveraging standardized global pricing (when applicable) and coordination with Tyco regional / country contacts for local pricing requirements and completion 11.
Follow up and review with Tyco regional / country contacts to ensure local pricing and equipment additions align with global standards 12.
Notify designated Strategic Account manager and / or customer of any deviations from Global / Regional Standard 13. Work with applications engineer to finalize proposal package according to approved Global Format and deliverables.
14. Submit Proposal to designated Strategic Account Manager and / or customer for approval 15. Track and report on all pre-
sales activities and milestones to program manager, Strategic Account Manager and customer Post-Sales 1. Track receipt of customer approvals and purchase orders for all projects and helps in the booking process where applicable.
2. Field calls from customers and Strategic Account Managers inquiring about orders, proposals, and installs 3. Participates in conference calls and tracking of projects 4.
May participate in customer visits and business meetings 5. Coordinates, communicates and tracks all global and domestic project progress and milestones 6.
Assist with customer escalation initiatives and problem resolution. Requirements : Education : Associates Degree or Equivalent College degree (Business Administration) Experience : 5 years administrative experience with background in Sales, Project Management, Operations and / or Administration Skills : Demonstrated project coordination skills Excellent customer service and problem solving skills Self-
