Intel develops and manufactures innovative and amazing technologies. We are seeking a Supervisor to be part of our Test Repair Engineering Staff to develop a data culture for our factory.
Test repair Bay (TRB) is a key group to support all modules into test operation activities on manufacturing environment.
TRB provide maintenance services (scheduled and unscheduled) across the test area and its key to ensure the module availability in order to allow the modules achieve the targeted volume.
We manage a technical structure on shift to support factory activities, TRB supervisor has a key role to ensure maintenance service exceed the expectation of our customer.
Our candidate will set priorities for the team, get results across boundaries, ensure an inclusive work environment, develop employees, and manage performance and you will plan both collaterals maintenance and collateral repair activities to enable test module to hit the availability, cost, yield etc.
As a supervisor you will be responsible for :
Supervising the activities of technician’s teams in a test repair area.
Assesses personnel and collateral under repairs to determine on shift schedules.
Assigns personnel and monitors the process of repair flow of work in process through the TRB areas.
Responsible for overall safety of personnel and the surrounding environment. Plans and schedules daily tasks, uses judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices.

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications :
Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree (+ a minimum of 4 year of industry experience) in Electronic / Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics or related field
Willing to work in shift (12 hours a day, 4 consecutive days, followed by 3 consecutive off days)
Minimum 2 years of experience driving indicators and lead task force in engineering solutions
Fluency in written and spoken English (Advanced Level)
Preferred Qualifications :
Experience in managing people especially technician would be added advantage
Licenciatura or Master degree (preferred).
