This individual will support the Director of Marketing, Marketing Manager and Director of Public Relations and Communications to coordinate, support and report upon integrated marketing initiatives designed to elevate awareness and brand positioning of the Resort.

Assist in coordination of all Resort print and electronic materials such as letterhead, use of logo, brochures, in-room collateral, etc.
Assist with video and photo shoots at the Resort. Produce monthly and ad hoc reports for owners, corporate office and Director of Marketing.
Assist with all guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, including general administration and assisting with site inspections.
Assist with the development of all direct sales presentation material for travel industry, group sales, public relations, owner relations, etc.
guest-facing print materials such as concierge newsletters, brochures, in-room dining menus, check-stuffers, etc.; and print and digital advertisements.
Assist with guest inquiries within the sales and marketing department, as needed, including assisting with high telephone volume and walk-in site inspections.
Perform various office administration responsibilities including contract development, press kit preparation, file organization and email.
