This is an exciting opportunity to join the Digital Media Sales Finance team as we continue to propel the business through data-driven forecasts and provide influential insights.
This individual will be responsible for a wide range of activities in support of business decisions and management reporting.
You will have an excellent opportunity to work closely with senior level finance leaders and partner closely with business leaders throughout all aspects of financial planning and reporting and additionally be a key contributor on various projects and initiatives.
What you will do :
Outline, lead and improve the cross functional processes to ensure timely and accurate forecasting of renewals and churns
Design, implement and supervise KPI’s to measure periodic performance against operational goals, identify emerging trends and provide valuable insights and recommendations to drive business growth & results
Build financial models, run scenario analysis and provide data analytics to identify areas of risk and opportunity
Provide strategic and tactical support for quarterly and annual budgeting and forecasting
Partner with sales and renewal team by providing end-to-end financial support in all areas required by the business.
Develop into a trusted partner with multiple business stakeholders by collaborating and contribute towards achieving the shared goals.
Engage with other Finance and Strategy teams to understand key drivers or differences in business models
Lead cross functional projects to drive standardization and automation, by reducing delivery time and increasing accuracy
Prepare relevant executive level summaries by analyzing the trends and variances and identifying the business drivers
Identify gaps in our data collection and collaborate with various teams on data capture specifications
Assist with additional ad-hoc analyses for Sales Management and broader FP&A team as needed
What you need to succeed :
3-5 years of Sales Finance experience (Preferred software industry)
Shown strong analytical, and outstanding communication skills, to articulate key business and the financial implications / business impact
Positive demeanor and flexibility coin an environment subject to change as the business evolves
High attention to details with ability to take charge, set objectives, aim to results; team oriented
Ability to balance several tasks under tight deadlines.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience in efficiently designing and maintaining complex models
Preferred skills : Tableau, PBI, SAP, TM1, Alteryx.
Experience querying large data sets using SQL a plus
