About the role
YOUR OPPORTUNITY You will be a key member of the Global C&B Team reporting into the Global Compensation & Benefits Manager.
Please note, this role can be based in Miami, US or Escazu, Costa Rica.You will be responsible for supporting the Global C&B programs such as short-term and long-term incentive plans and leading global benefits and reward communications.
You will play a key role in preparation of Compensation committee of BOD materials.You will be working closely with Regional Director Americas on executing regional projects.
You will also be partnering tightly with Region C&B partners & Global Finance to ensure C&B plans are operationalized brilliantly and provide highest level of service to the business and our Primos (our name for Employees).

RESPONSIBILITIES - WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE
Partner with Global C&B, Region C&B, Global Mobility and HR system partners to execute and operationalize Total Rewards Strategy
Work with Global C&B and Global Finance in preparing materials for presentation to the Compensation Committee including planning and organizing internal meetings, updating and delivering decks as needed, posting decks in partnership with Corporate Secretary Group.
Work closely with Region C&B Director for the Americas (NAM, LAC and Patron) to support and deliver on regional projects
Support on short term and long term cash incentive programs leading processes such as : quarterly accruals, Workday system, communication, and brilliant execution
Manage and coordinate Global benefits strategy (Medical, Life, Pension)
Manage communication strategy for Global reward programs to inspire and engage primos
Partner closely with Region C&B leads to ensure Global Compensation programs such as salary ranges, market benchmarking and job architecture are embedded strongly in local markets
Work with Senior Director Global C&B and VP Performance and Planning to formulate plan on a page with PRISM team, organize and ensure team meetings are efficient, engaging and aligned to business goals
Partner with external consultants and vendors to manage invoice process and track against team budget ;and support HR budget review.
Skills and Experience
THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY
You’ve successfully delivered multi geography, multi stakeholder projects
You have HR and / or C&B experience (3-4 years +) with exposure to incentives and benefits
You have advanced Microsoft, PowerPoint and Excel skills
You have experience in delivering and communicating C&B programs
You are skilled in creating, analysing and using data to help make informed decisions
Strong collaboration and flexibility while working with regions, business and finance partners
Capability to be a thought leader for the Global C&B Team on plans and processes
