Description Under general direction log and enter orders intoour business systems.Also responsible for reviewing the customer’spurchase order, ensuring all critical information is complete and accurate.
Initiate communications with Order Management / InsideSales Engineer and External Customers when an order is missing information orno bookable.
Work on standard complexity related to products& processes.Is expected to becomfortable to interact with internal and external customers via phone andemail.
Responsibilities Receive and review customer purchase orders. Using the Global Clean Order Standards, checkthat all information supplied by the customer is correct and complete to ensurethe customer.
receives the product they need and at the time they need it.Upload, enter and book order in Emerson business systems. Contact customer for information required to book orders.
Initiateproactive communication with customers to resolve purchase order issues or tocollect missing information at the order entry stage.
As required, coordinate with the other departments / groups, personnel andtechnical subject matter experts to have them review and validate the technicalrequirements of the customer’s purchase order.
Maintain updated customer information in Emerson business systems andother databases.Collect and save neededdocumentation to ensure compliance with Flow Emerson record retention anddocumentation procedures.
Assist Facilitator II / Order Management with correction of order entryerrors. Requirements Student of Accounting, BusinessAdministration, Finance or any other related fields.
1 to 2 Years of Customer service, dataentry experience, or other related experience.Solid keyboard skills and a strong proficiency forusing Windows & MS Office applications is a must.
English Proficiency (Written & Oral) Level,minimum must be B-1 (Intermediate).Must be willing to work on North America shiftschedules .
