This role will be responsible for providing architectural and operational support to the corporate Identity and Access Management program in collaboration with other IT teams as well as hands-on administration of the enterprise Privileged Identity Management (PIM) platform, ensuring the organization meets its business objectives while ensuring appropriate security controls are present.
This role is a technical, hands-on role, and the successful candidate will support the SME for PIM strategy in the organization.
Experience with Microsoft ESAE architecture preferred.
Support and manage privileged identity security platforms to ensure uptime and effective coverage and to evaluate and implement new features as necessary.
Includes supporting platform in an on-call rotation.
Identify and implement best practices for privileged account management, access requests and access reviews.
Work collaboratively with IT and business partners to ensure effective implementation and integration of security standards for privileged accounts.
Audit and ensure ongoing user adherence to the Cyberark Suite.
Other duties as assigned by Leadership including supporting other relevant cyber security tools.
Bachelor's Degree in related field required
Certifications in related discipline preferred (CyberArk, CISSP)
7 years of previous related experience required
Extensive experience with supporting a Privileged Identity Management for an enterprise (CyberArk Preferred).
Extensive experience performing active directory account reviews and onboarding accounts, including application accounts to the PIM platform.
Excellent communication skills
Relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments
Excellent analytical, detail-oriented, organized and information seeking skills
Experience with automating repetitive security functions to reduce time to remediation.
Strong Active Directory / Windows server, network, and host security administrative experience.
