The Opportunity

Adobe.com is one of the most heavily trafficked corporate sites in the world, and a primary customer interaction point for the company.

A highly visible and critical role, this leader will focus on transforming Adobe.com into a world-class experience for our Digital Experience (DX) enterprise offerings! This scope is very broad : Digital Experience is a multi-billion dollar B2B business unit within Adobe, encompassing a diverse set of flagship products (from Adobe Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager to Ad Cloud, Adobe Commerce, Marketo Engage, and Workfront.

Our customers span many industries and our users represent a wide variety of personas.

This is a high profile leadership role that will lead and organize a globally distributed team of senior level Product Managers, SEO Managers, Analysts, and Optimization specialists who are currently building the future of this web experience.

Equally important will be the ability to mobilize an extended cross-functional team of web engineers, program managers, designers etc.

The successful candidate will be able to build, articulate and execute on a vision that will continue the growth of our Digital Experience business, and speak to the needs of today’s prospects & customers.

They will have a proven track record to see the trends, interact with clients, get key insights, and make strategic decisions to drive the roadmap and measurable results for Adobe.com.

Another key element of this role is acting as Customer Zero for our DX solutions. Adobe.com is built on top of AEM, Analytics, Target, and the Adobe Experience Platform.

This individual will drive a feedback loop from our team to the Digital Experience product organization, helping evolve and improve our solutions.

What you’ll do

Develop a comprehensive roadmap and lead the evolution of the web experience for our DX business across Adobe’s enterprise web (Adobe.

com, Marketo.com, Workfront.com, and other web experiences), encompassing chat, personalization, and more.

Map and optimize the complete online journey for our enterprise customers, from prospect to lead, through purchase and active product use.

Optimize the lead gen funnel, but also actively work to drive product engagement, in partnership with the BU.

Use data, research, competitive insights, to identify and drive implementation of key content & web platform initiatives

Balance the requirements of various business units, and blend them to build a seamless, powerful B2B experience

Collaborate closely with key partners Enterprise Marketing, Customer Insights, Product & Go-To-Market, UX & Design, and Sales to deliver content and capabilities that support our strategy and marketing campaign tactics

Partner with the engineering team, delivering detailed roadmaps, use cases, and B2B focused requirements

What you'll need to succeed

Deep experience with web strategy and leading global cross-functional web teams in the enterprise / B2B space. Experience leading a globally distributed team (with members in the US, EMEA and APAC) is a plus.

Strong strategic thinking combined with a metrics-focused ability to lead operational execution

Excellent understanding of digital marketing technologies, across content management, chat platforms, analytics, personalization, and marketing automation

Experience bringing together a diverse cast of non-technical and technical collaborators to build a shared vision and roadmap

Knowledge of enterprise sales processes, from demand gen to lead scoring and sales funnels
