The Contractual Business Delivery WW Project Manager role is an experienced PM professional responsible for e2e design,
implementation and / or standardization of innovative new services, tools & capabilities for HP’s internal PC devices support
and / or commercial Trade part sales, as well as key Transition projects of new commercial accounts to those businesses.
The role will be part of a global team of delivery project managers and will lead one or multiple strategic projects on the
global Plan of Record (POR) for contractual services delivery and / or global commercial accounts support.
Leads and develops service delivery strategies over entire HP products lifecycle
Leads strategic programs for the organization, incl. the enablement of new services & capabilities, the implementation of new strategic delivery capacities & processes and the transformation and improvement of existing services
Represents services on product or solution portfolio core teams and provides service requirements into product development stages / phases
Performs business analysis, identifies root cause, and develops recommendations / solutions to drive business improvements.
Works across regions / geographies and WW teams to develop and / or implement new / enhanced services, solutions, or programs
Provide leadership in the development, and execution of the HP Services Vision - helping customers transform their business and derive measurable business value from their IT investment
Utilizes technical and business skills to lead complex cross- functional activities
Provides mentoring and guidance to peers and lower level employees.
Typically 12+ years to demonstrated mastery of Service Delivery and Program Management
Advanced experience in several of the related disciplines of delivery, solution architecting, program management and business planning.

Program mgmt expertise & multiple certifications (PMP, LSS)
Account Transition Mgmt experience / knowledge
Service mgmt (ITIL) expertise and practical experience
Knowledge of ITSM tools (e.g. ServiceNow)
