The role focuses on the execution of the transformation activities for a particular region to transition finance risk management and compliance activities from the markets to the FRMC ops team in the hub, and ensures delivery of all transition activities as per the plan.
The role will also be part of the regional delivery FT programme governance meetings to cover updates on transformation of FRMC ops regional teams and support the FRMC ops transformation global programme manager to obtain adequate regional updates on the project, issues and risks.
Your Responsibilities : This role gives YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career, the main of these are
Support the FRMC ops risk manager in each hub to ensure successful delivery of transformation activities for all the markets in scope in a particular region as per the FT overall project plan and the FRMC ops transformation plan
Provide adequate oversight of the project plan progress for the overall region with regards to FRMC transformation activities,
Engage with the local markets organization to plan and conduct knowledge transfer sessions in preparation for toll gates and ensures FRMC ops team readiness for those markets go-lives.
Acquire adequate understanding of local operations re. controls performance, processes and systems and control owners, to facilitate the delivery of the FRMC ops team target operating model
Produce standard deliverables to track progress of FRMC ops transformation activities, issues and risks.
Produce standard deliverables to document outcome of local market engagement sessions
Engage with the local team and FRMC risk manager to address and resolve any local operational issues and / or escalations during the transition activities to ensure successful delivery of all transformation activities.
Provide regular updates to the FRMC ops Program Manager on the progress of the project and raise any significant issue that require their attention or escalation to the global program.
Basic Qualifications :
Degree in Finance / Accounting / Administration
Wide Knowledge in : SOX, IFRS, USGAAP Compliance
Project Management Knowledge
Preferred Qualifications :
Previous Experience as a Risk Consultant, External or Internal Audit.
