Job Description
We’re searching for an Associate Art Director / Designer who has a fresh viewpoint and a knack creating cutting-edge visual concepts.
You’ll design and execute innovative visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives including web and print advertising.
You’ll collaborate with Art Supervisors, Copywriters, UX Architects, Production Specialists and other key members of our creative team to produce industry-leading work.
Tasks and responsibilities include :
Create and communicate concepts
Design comps, storyboards, initial graphic concepts and final deliverables
Foster a collaborative environment
Communicate and articulate concept rationales
Brainstorm and assist in developing campaigns
Partner with copywriters to ensure that the brand voice support the concepts
Present work in an organized and interesting manner
Qualifications
Design-related degree
1-2 years of advertising design experience
Demonstrate a strong understanding of digital design
Expert use of the latest version of the Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign)
Robust design portfolio with combination of print and web
Proficiency in Mac hardware, Adobe CS : Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and XD
Strong typographical, motion graphic and interaction design skills
Interactive / digital and Motion Media experience not required, but desired
Proven creative ability
