In this role you will get to work with different people around the globe, providing you an opportunity to develop insight into other cultures while developing in a very familiar environment.

You will learn on the go about the behind the scenes processes related to your role and how Bacardi works worldwide with all its brands.

You will have the chance to build strong relationships and networking by providing support to our internal clients and maybe even enjoy one or two mojitos to celebrate with them and your team Bacardi’s milestones.

Responsibilities

WITH OUR CONSUMER AT THE HEART YOUR KEY FOCUS WILL BE

Monitor and to generate actions to improve or maintain the good performance of the PTP KPI’s.

Support internal and external inquiries through Sys Aid tickets, calls and chats.

Support process controls

Local market support

Performing the PTP KPIs analysis to be presented into the monthly market reviews

Identify and support continuous improvement opportunities

Accomplish with the 95% in the SLA of tickets resolution with accuracy on the resolution given

Maintain a positive NPS score about the satisfaction of our internal and external Customers

Ensure AP procedures conform to GAAP and Bacardi policies and procedures

Support on Documentation processes

Skills and Experience

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE NEEDED TO CREATE YOUR LEGACY

Previous PTP related experience

Adopt changes quickly.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively

Strong work ethic, willing to go the extra mile

Strong analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills

Attention to details, accuracy, and sense of urgency.

Strong customer service

Spanish proficiency : 100%

English proficiency : 90%

Italian proficiency : 85-90%

Working knowledge of major ERP platforms, preferably SAP

Basic to Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite
