What We Need
An Account Specialist to help onboard and support our customers during Implementations.
Your Area of Focus
Be the single point of contact owning the customer’s success during this critical time in the customer’s life-cycle and will assertively drive action to ensure that success
On-board our new customers to the Kareo platform. This is a high-impact role that will make a meaningful difference in customer loyalty and success
Conduct requirements gathering and customer needs analysis and utilize tailored onboarding plans that fits the customer’s profile
Map customer needs to available solution sets
Create appropriate project materials and artifacts to track and communicate out project status
Effectively collaborate internally to leverage resources to ensure the customers success
Help establish and continually refine Best Practice implementation process and procedures
Provide superior customer service when engaging with the client
Provide easy and clear instructions during one on one training sessions, follow up calls and on-demand requests
Effectively work with customers to up sell additional products and services that add value to our customers that will help them achieve their desired business goals and outcomes
Your Professional Qualifications
Experience specifically in business to business SaaS environments in a project management or customer success role
Several years of customer facing experience leading implementations of software solutions
Strong project management experience and organizational skills
Ability to plan, execute and control a project, establishing realistic estimates and reporting metrics
Excellent communication skills
Strong negotiation, conflict resolution and influencing skills
Strong multi-tasking, results oriented skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
