Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Recruiting Administrator. Position Purpose Support the Recruiting process by working closely with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Candidate and third-
party vendors to complete the onboarding process of new hires for NA&LA requisitions for employees at Mondelez. Main Responsibilities
Creates requisitions in Taleo using templates predetermined in Taleo.
Use case management tool to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion.
Execution of the onboarding process via Taleo and work with Third-party vendors to make sure the candidate's background check is compliant against the Mondelez internal policies.
Follow up with candidate to provide supportive documentation and signed contractual documentation needed for hiring.
Keep constant communication with vendors regarding background check progress and escalate cases to leadership as needed.
Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors Taleo for background check completion with vendors.
Coordinate Hiring Manager and communicate the day 1 logistics to the new hire.
Complete new hire's personnel e-file.
Processes referral bonus for Mondelez employees.
Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in Taleo to prevent downstream data issues in our HR systems.
Support the dispatch of the tickets, New hires laptop requests, and conversion of contractor to employees’ process.
High School degree is required.
University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or related preferred.
Spanish and English (Advanced or Bilingual Level). Portuguese is a plus. Working Knowledge
Experience in coordination and logistics using a process supporting system (Applicant Tracking System, Case Management Tool, etc).
Experience in administrative / coordination or HR administration or customer service experience.
Experience in Recruitment coordination and logistics processes (preferred).
Strong customer service orientation. Abilities
