    Mondelez International is looking for vacancy : Recruiting Administrator. Position Purpose Support the Recruiting process by working closely with the Recruiter, Hiring Manager and Candidate and third-

    party vendors to complete the onboarding process of new hires for NA&LA requisitions for employees at Mondelez. Main Responsibilities

  • Creates requisitions in Taleo using templates predetermined in Taleo.
  • Use case management tool to follow up on Hiring Managers requisition requests up to completion.
  • Execution of the onboarding process via Taleo and work with Third-party vendors to make sure the candidate's background check is compliant against the Mondelez internal policies.
  • Follow up with candidate to provide supportive documentation and signed contractual documentation needed for hiring.
  • Keep constant communication with vendors regarding background check progress and escalate cases to leadership as needed.
  • Contacts new-hire and manager with onboarding instructions, and monitors Taleo for background check completion with vendors.
  • Coordinate Hiring Manager and communicate the day 1 logistics to the new hire.
  • Complete new hire's personnel e-file.
  • Processes referral bonus for Mondelez employees.
  • Responsible for data completeness of new hire records in Taleo to prevent downstream data issues in our HR systems.
  • Support the dispatch of the tickets, New hires laptop requests, and conversion of contractor to employees’ process.
  • Academic Knowledge

  • High School degree is required.
  • University Degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Behavior, or related preferred.
  • Spanish and English (Advanced or Bilingual Level). Portuguese is a plus. Working Knowledge
  • Experience in coordination and logistics using a process supporting system (Applicant Tracking System, Case Management Tool, etc).
  • Experience in administrative / coordination or HR administration or customer service experience.
  • Experience in Recruitment coordination and logistics processes (preferred).
  • Strong customer service orientation. Abilities
  • Process improvement culture.
  • Ability to handle complex tasks and logistical challenges.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Strong prioritization skills.
  • Excellent time management & written / verbal communication skills.
  • Availability to coordinate with different parties including external vendors.
  • Expertise working under pressure and high volume of work.
