Job Description : RESPONSIBILITIES

RESPONSIBILITIES

Download creative materials from external and partner portals; send requests and creative approvals to and from studio partners when applicable.

Obsessing over our end-customer's Amazon experience and our advertiser's business experience.

Project managing the execution of iTV house advertising campaigns and other promotions across devices and businesses.

Manage external and internal agencies and creative partners.

Managing creative delivery and acting as the gatekeeper of high quality creative.

Troubleshooting issues surfaced during the campaign life-cycle.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Assists with the management of the day-to-day project intake and status process and tools

Ability to understand and communicate creative specifications, file formats and technologies. Understand our placements (sizes, file types) to acquire the correct assets for campaigns.

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Experience managing and or coordinating projects in a fast pace environment

Ability to work cross-functionally and with a wide range of employees with different skill sets

Adaptable and quick to learn new processes and tools, demonstrating strong technical / operational capabilities

Self-directed, goal-oriented and flexible, enjoying working in a fast-paced and at times ambiguous environment

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Digital advertising experience and understanding of related ad specifications, file formats and technologies, and / or experience working on franchise film / television productions

TECHNICAL SKILLS

Microsoft Office (Mainly excel)

Adobe Photoshop* Desirable but no proficiency needed.

Project Management tools (MS project, JIRA or similar).
