About this opportunity

This position manages the day-to-day administration of the Salesforce application, works with business executives and users for changes to configuration and develops new solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet business needs

The Salesforce Administrator is also responsible for creating and maintaining complex workflows, validation rules, triggers and approval processes.

  • Customizing standard objects and page layouts; creating custom objects, fields and record types. Report and dashboard development;
  • assisting users with report design and management. Creating training materials and implementing new and existing user-training sessions.

    Ensuring data quality and integrity. Regularly managing company-wide imports / exports, performing de-duplications and data clean-up procedures (using DataLoader).

    Researching, installing / configuring, and implementing business solutions via AppExchange, in addition to complete end-user training and software documentation.

    In this role, you will

  • Be proficiency in Salesforce.com Administrative skills such as end user training, creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Report, Dashboards and Process Builder.
  • Be partner with various teams including, Operations, IT, Marketing and Users to facilitate business requirements and related duties throughout the organization.
  • Manage the setup of new users and their permissions
  • Create and maintains custom reports as well as campaigns upon request of end users.
  • Audit, uncover, and resolve data integrity issues
  • Assist project managers in the development of project plans including detailed project estimates and tasks required for database activities.
  • Utilizes standard corporate tools to record change and problem activities for tracking purposes.

  • Identify, Understand & Transform business requirements into solutions
  • Provide strategic consulting to end users with best practices and use of CRM applications. Assist with developing training programs and materials.
  • Represent the stakeholder maximizing the value of the final product, by anticipating business needs and leveraging platform features, advocating on behalf of the customer
  • Responsible for defining stories and prioritizing team backlog
  • Responsible to manage review & retrospect - post-SPRINT release
  • Works in close collaboration with the developers and the business to oversee the operations within the company, manage groups, coordinate with management and engage in planning according to the upcoming business needs and company standards
  • In this role, you’ll need

  • Proficient in English (Bilingual English- Spanish, C1)
  • A Bachelor Degree or may have a Master’s Degree from a four-year college or university
  • 2-4 years of directly related experience in digital platforms administration
  • Normally requires an Administrator Certification (ADM-201)
  • Typically requires SCRUM certification or agile methodology framework experience
  • Normally requires ITIL V4 certification or best practices for Service Delivery
  • Normally requires Project Management skills
