For more information, visit ! Mondelez International is looking for : Mondelez Business Services Corporate Assistant. Description Coordination of the Mondelez Business Services (MBS) Admin tasks to ensure optimal operations Responsibilities

  • Manage daily schedules for 3 MBS senior executives
  • Organize and maintain an efficient schedule at all times
  • Proactively engage in tasks in anticipation of business needs
  • Manage highly confidential and critical information
  • Organize and participate in meetings, taking minutes etc.
  • Manage travel arrangements
  • Act as first point of contact for leadership team queries
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team
  • Organize events and conferences
  • Create and manage presentations, reports and databases using PowerPoint, Excel and Team sites
  • Manage orders, expenses, purchasing process and receipts through SAP
  • Ensure timely flow of information
  • Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks as required
  • Assure operational excellence towards senior business executives
  • Support MBS Recruiting Administration team's tasks
  • Academic Knowledge

  • Secondary education is required
  • Working Knowledge

  • Desired 3 years of experience as a personal assistant or similar in a corporate environment
  • At least 1 year experience in supporting a team or executives
  • Abilities

  • Strong ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Stress-resistant with ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter with positive attitude
  • Highly diplomatic with good communication skills
  • Fluent English (Slovak a plus)
  • Good knowledge of MS Office tools
