Job Summary :
Lead BL Edge Processing Quality organization , partner with BL Connectivity-Security Quality team to optimize performance across both organizations.
Manage all Quality activities in support of the business throughout the full product lifecycle from development through high volume manufacturing
Develop team members technical and leadership capabilities to optimize efficiency, strengthen organization cross training, develop career paths
Partner with BL Operations and Product Line teams to take a leadership role addressing quality issues / improvements and driving fast NPI execution at required BCaM compliant quality levels.
Strong customer advocate , responsible for establishing relationships with customer quality management, taking leadership for customer communications and representing the voice of the customer within NXP
Drive Total Quality culture mindset and provide leadership for Quality organization programs / projects
Job location is flexible as long as it aligns with BL CS quality team locations
Qualifications / Experience :
BSEE or other applicable engineering degree
15+ years of experience in the semiconductor industry with a strong track record of leading an organization, multiple discipline teams and projects
Strong analytical skills with thorough understanding of problem solving methodologies, such as 8D, 3x5-Why Analysis, Fault Tree Analysis, etc.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, direct customer technical communication experience preferred
Demonstrated selection and development of team members to improve organization results and prepared people for next assignments
